How important is the health of our next generation?
Engineered for 24/7 air and surface purification, PlasmaGuard PRO™ provides control of your indoor environment to protect students and employees. This safe and effective air purification system has been tested by the EPA, UL, CE, and other third-party tests that have proven to inactivate up to 99.99% of tested viruses and bacteria in minutes.

Why We Stand Out in the Crowd
Attacking Pollutants
The technology naturally deactivates tested viruses and bacteria in the air and on surfaces, effectively neutralizing odors, while driving aerosols and particulates out of the breathing zone
24/7 Monitoring
Continuously monitors indoor air by measuring particulates down to 0.3 micron in size and responds to changes in real-time.
Proven Results
PlasmaGuard has been tested by the EPA, UL, CE, TGA, and other third-party facilities. PlasmaGuard PRO™ achieved a reduction of 99.994% to SARS-CoV-2 in 60 minutes. *view test reports for the full report.
Frequently Asked Questions
How does the PlasmaGuard Smart Hub work?
When a change in your indoor air quality is detected, the PlasmaGuard Sensor notifies the PlasmaGuard Smart Hub, and the patented PlasmaGuard Generator is signaled to respond—all in real-time.
The PlasmaGuard™ App gives you a choice of how you want to operate your system: Clean, Cleaner or Cleanest. 90% of homes and buildings have the best results with the Clean setting. However, during seasonal events, particulates may rise and the Cleaner or Cleanest setting should be utilized for best results.
How does the PlasmaGuard Generator install?
The 8.5” W x 7.3” H x 14” D in-duct unit installs into the existing air duct path on the supply side of your central HVAC system. It connects to your blower fan only.
Will I need to replace my HVAC air filters more often?
Yes, you will want to change your HVAC air filter more often as needed since our natural ionization process will make your air filters more effective.
What do UL and CE testing mean?
Click here to add your clear and concise answer.
Does this system void or endanger my existing HVAC warranty?
No. It integrates into your duct work and therefore does not affect your HVAC system.
What type of warranty does the system come with?
The system is covered by a Limited Warranty: Generator (5-Year Limited), Sensor (2-Year Limited), and Hub (2-Year Limited).
How does the PlasmaGuard PM Sensor work?
The PlasmaGuard PM Sensor continuously monitors the air quality in your indoor environment, providing real-time feedback to the Smart Hub or your own smart device. The sensor measures particulates (down to 0.3 micron), temperature and humidity. Simply plug-in the sensor and place it in the area you see the most activity.
Does the PlasmaGuard System release ozone into my home or building?
The PlasmaGuard™ Generator removes unwanted ozone by means of the proprietary PlasmaGuard™ 02 Catalyst. The Catalyst captures ozone molecules while allowing the ions to pass through. This gives you the powerful effect of air purification without the negative side effect of ozone. The system has been tested and proven safe by Underwriters Laboratories (UL).
Is this technology similar to UV?
No. UV can protect your coils and HVAC system but lacks efficacy in high-speed airflow in the duct due to the lack of reaction time to effectively eliminate contaminants. With our bi-polar cold plasma in-duct technology and through your home’s airflow, you blanket every room with ions attacking the contaminants at the source. Every vent in your home becomes its own air purification system.
Frequently Asked Questions
How does it work?
In most air- conditioning applications, a lot of energy is wasted because the unit’s compressor (the main running cost component) runs much longer than is needed. Using our patented process called Optimized Refrigerant Supply (ORS ) the advanced PlasmaGuard Energy Saver™ control device reduces the run-time of the cooling system compressor, therefore, reducing electricity consumption even in the most demanding high and humid environments.
Does it affect the air-conditioner?
PlasmaGuard Energy Saver™ does not affect the air-conditioner unit as it is installed inline with the thermostat and provides more accurate temperature control.
How does it provide more accurate temperature control?
The PlasmaGuard Energy Saver™ ORS technology uses two temperature sensors in an algorithmic energy trading control arrangement to monitor the thermodynamic (room or space temperature) and the hydraulic (refrigerant supply) performance of the connected air-conditioning or refrigeration system.
In operation, this algorithmic energy trading approach first uses the room or space temperature sensor to ensure that a required setpoint has been achieved. Subsequently, this temperature sensor ensures that the space is maintained within +/-0.5°C (+/-0.9°F) of the required setpoint. Meanwhile, a second temperature sensor connected to the indoor evaporator coil is used to identify when the compressor has done its useful hydraulic work in producing a supply of high-pressure liquid refrigerant. Using the built-in algorithmic energy trading control, the PlasmaGuard Energy Saver™ ORS advanced system then starts and stops the compressor at appropriate times to optimize running costs.
Can I view my power consumption and savings data?
PlasmaGuard™ provides customers with an IoT user-interface that can be accessed via an Android smart phone app or over the internet. Users can access power consumption and savings data (kWh/ CO2). The interactive graphs show PlasmaGuard Energy Saver™ data from the installation date to granular data i.e. performance today.

PlasmaGuard Energy Saver™

In most air-conditioning applications, a lot of energy is wasted because the unit’s compressor (the main running cost component) runs much longer than is needed. Using our patented process called Optimized Refrigerant Supply (ORS ) the advanced PlasmaGuard Energy Saver™ control device reduces the run-time of the cooling system compressor, therefore, reducing electricity consumption even in the most demanding high and humid environments. This leads to less energy usages, reducing your carbon footprint while saving you money.
